How to finance your operations in China: Investment or working capital optimization?
Our President, Dr. Grand gives a Seminar at the BCECC in Brussels:
The Belgian-Chinese Economic and Commercial Council (BCECC) is the leading Belgian business association for companies engaged in doing business in or with China. It is a non-profit organization established in Brussels in the 1980s, following the beginning of China’s open-door policy.
Over the past 25 years the BCECC has focused on organizing China-related events to keep Belgian companies up to date with the latest developments in China-related trade and investment issues and to network with people who are China experts.
Nowadays, China is a highly regulated market in which capital to finance the operations of foreign companies is hard to come by, be it through bank loans or investment. Chinese regulations on foreign exchange control, as well as the much skewed nature of the banking system, can make the foreign company’s financial life very difficult.
